Live & online
Every Tuesday I give an online yoga class from 8:45 am. until 10:00 am.
When the studio is open again, we meditate every Saturday. From 8:00 a.m. until 09:00h. I accompany the morning meditation. This lesson is for everyone – with or without meditation experience.
I practice Kriya Yoga, this is a classic form of yoga meditation. Through this form I delve into "the royal path" to Self-Realization.

Acupuncture and Meditation
Clients I treat longer as an acupuncturist often come back for an esoteric acupuncture consultation. The session then becomes a healing meditative experience.

Join us on a retreat
Twice a year I give a silent retreat with Susan Bögels with a special theme: Parenting Ourselves. In a beautiful place: at the Hoorneboeg in Hilversum.
