Hatha (the postures),
pranayama (breathing exercises)
and meditation (concentration and mindfulness exercises) are a regular part of my yoga classes.
I give my Yoga classes in Haarlem at Glow Yoga.

From September, the meditation class will be back on the schedule. Every Saturday I accompany from 08:00h. until 09:00h. a morning meditation. This lesson is for everyone – with or without meditation experience.

Twice a year I give a silent retreat with Susan Bögels with a special theme: Parenting Ourselves. In a beautiful place: at the Hoorneboeg in Hilversum.
Acupuncture and Meditation
Clients I treat longer as an acupuncturist often come back for an esoteric acupuncture consultation. The session then becomes a healing meditative experience.
For me as a yoga teacher,
and acupuncturist comes

You experience that we can anchor in the body, how our mind can still meditatively, how the needles make you understand what an energetic body is.
I practice Kriya Yoga, this is a classic form of yoga meditation. Through this form I delve into "the royal path" to Self-Realization.
