Back after summer

Before I opened my acupuncture studio, I first visualized the space: a quiet room by an inner garden, with French doors opening to greenery and filled with daylight. In 2016, I found that very place. Since then, it has been my sacred space, a place where silence, healing, and growth come together.

Nine years later, the studio has grown from one to two rooms. The Acupuncture Clinic for Body and Mind lives up to its name. And while the field of healing is far greater than we can comprehend, the foundation of my work continues to be Chinese diagnosis.

Acupuncture is energetic work. In Chinese medicine, Jing (vital essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (consciousness) are described in a refined and nuanced way. In my consultations, these ancient insights flow together with yoga, meditation, and esoteric acupuncture. Sometimes with an herbal formula, sometimes with silence, always attuned to what the moment calls for.

This past Friday, the moon moved into Virgo, my sign. Today I cleansed the clinic, and with fresh energy showing up clean, I’m looking forward to opening the doors again on Tuesday, August 26.

You are warmly welcome.

P.S. Below I’m sharing a few photos from our camping and hiking holiday in Switzerland. It was such a joy to be in the mountains!
