Kriya Yoga,
Meditation as a Spiritual Practice
For my daily meditation, I practice Kriya Yoga. This is a classical and secret meditation technique that is only passed down by a Guru. My Guruji is Yogi Prakash Shankar Vyas. I do not teach Kriya Yoga myself.
On this site, there are several articles about Kriya Yoga. If you are interested, please read those articles first, then continue with the book by Heidi Wyder: Four Spiritual Masters and a Beginner.

After that when you want to know more about Kriya Yoga or have specific questions, I can tell you more about it and at a later stage teach you some preparatory exercises.

Yogiraj Sri Shama Churn Lahiree
Many swami’s and self-proclaimed yogis claim to teach original Kriya yoga but have lost any connection to the source, Lahiri Mahasaya. This method is not taught in an association or yoga class, the original Kriya yoga only continues from Guru to student. An introductory article about Kriya yoga and its source.

Kriya Yoga book
This book by Heidy Wyder describes the authentic Kriya Yoga tradition. The book describes how important it is that you have access to the right exercises and the importance of a living Guru who guides you in this.
IAM Meditation, Self Enquiry in Six Steps
In the deepest meditation, everything becomes very quiet. There is no longer any identification, no separation, no duality. The personal recedes into the background, and what remains is an open, boundless presence being one without a second.
Traveling to my Guru
In 2025, before traveling to Guruji I wrote a blogpost about what it is like to meditate under the guidance of a spiritual teacher.
Renounce
A story on my blog about a ‘Kriya brother’ I met a long time ago. Not just about letting go and untie yourself. This path of Kriya yoga is a ‘house holder path’.
My first yogabook
The first yoga book I ever read turned out to be a manual for the meditation practice I’ve been doing for over 20 years now.
Kriya Soldier
Although the practice of Kriya Yoga secret and sharing my meditation experiences is also not a very good idea, I wrote this blog about my own spiritual path.
How much can you love me?
In this article I describe how I met my Guru, Yogi Prakash Shankar Vyas, in Varanasi in 2001. About the lessons he taught me before the initiation to Kriya Yoga.
