Meditation as a Spiritual Exercise
As a daily meditation I do Kriya Yoga. This is a classic and secret meditation technique that is only passed on by a Guru. My Guruji is Yogi Prakash Shankar Vyaz.
I myself do not teach Kriya yoga.

On this site there are some articles about Kriya Yoga. If you are interested, first read the articles about Kriya Yoga on this site and then the book by Heidi Wyder: Four Spiritual Masters and a Beginner.
If you still want to know more about Kriya Yoga and you have specific questions, I can tell you more about it and possibly learn preparatory exercises at a later stage.

Yogiraj Sri Shama Churn Lahiree
Many swami’s and self-proclaimed yogis claim to teach original Kriya yoga but have lost any connection to the source, Lahiri Mahasaya. This method is not taught in an association or yoga class, the original Kriya yoga only continues from Guru to student. An introductory article about Kriya yoga and its source.

Guruji,
Yogi Prakash Shankar Vyas
Kriya yoga book
This book by Heidy Wyder describes the authentic Kriya Yoga tradition. The book describes how important it is that you have access to the right exercises and the importance of a living Guru who guides you in this.
Renounce
A story on my blog about a ‘Kriya brother’ I met a long time ago. Not just about letting go and untie yourself. This path of Kriya yoga is a ‘house holder path’.
Kriya soldier
Although the practice of Kriya Yoga secret and sharing my meditation experiences is also not a very good idea, I wrote this blog about my own spiritual path.
My first yoga book
The first yoga book I ever read turned out to be a manual for the meditation practice I’ve been doing for over 20 years now.
Tijdschrift voor yoga
In this article I describe how I met my teacher Yogi Prakash Shankar Vyas in Varanasi in 2001. About the lessons he gave me before practicing Kriya Yoga.
