What conditions can acupuncture treat?
I treat:
I treat a wide range of physical complaints, including:
- all pain complaints,
- headaches,
- muscle and joint complaints,
- abdominal pain and digestive complaints,
- neurological symptoms after brain injury
- urinary and reproductive system complaints
- back and neck pain,
- scar recovery
- quitting smoking or other addictions
I also support people dealing with burnout, mood disorders, sleep problems, overthinking, stress and tension-related complaints.
Each session blends acupuncture with a focused conversation about your progress and your needs in that moment. This way, body and mind are supported in an integrated way.
How I work with you
I ’m a people person and have spent my entire professional life working closely with people. With my broad therapeutic background, I bring more than acupuncture alone.
I have many years of experience as a teacher, trainer and supervisor. I am also a yoga teacher and integrate my experience with mindfulness, meditation, IFS, inner child work (reparenting ourselves) and coaching. I currently guide retreats as well.
This creates a treatment process that is not only directed at your complaint, but supports you as a whole person, physically, mentally and emotionally.

List of complaints where acupuncture can help
Below is a list of conditions that can be treated with acupuncture. This is not a complete list of what I can treat. Please contact me to discuss whether your complaint can be treated with acupuncture.
To be in harmony
Health is more than just being free from disease. Health is having a beautiful energetic connection with your environment.
All natural medicines are based on the idea that you have to be in harmony with the world around you. Some focus on nutrition, others – such as acupuncture – on energy.
Whichever approach you choose, the starting point is that you live in harmony with the movements, the people, animals and the things around you.
