Acupuncturist & herbalist in Haarlem
I am an acupuncturist here in my own clinic. As a herbalist, I prescribe medicinal herbal recipes composed according to traditional Chinese medicine.
In addition, I am affiliated with several educational programs where I teach about breath, bodywork and meditation. I lead meditation weekends and retreats in the Netherlands and abroad.
The Chinese character in the photo, meaning shòu and translates in English to longevity. As a concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is all about cultivating balance in the body, mind, and spirit to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
As a therapist, this is something I’m passionate about helping you achieve.
