Deze Engelstalige mindfulnesstraining heb ik opgenomen voor Ekhart Yoga en daar kun je deze cursus volgen. Het is een 7 weekse introductiecursus waarin je kennis maakt met de basics van mindfulness.

This program is all about finding out what mindfulness is for you. Get to know yourself a bit better and learn different tools to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. Mindfulness is a life skill which can deepen our sense of well-being and fulfillment.
This 7-week course includes talks, mindfulness practices and course activities (homework). You will also get a free downloadable course workbook packed with extra information, insights and, of course, your homework!
Each week George will present:
– a short talk to explain a little bit more about the exercises and topics for the week.
– videos with different exercises and meditations
– homework exercises to help deepen your mindfulness practice. Try to do these at least 5 out of 7 days each week.
Who is it for?
Mindfulness is a state of being which is accessible to every one of us. It is also a skill which we can cultivate more deeply in our lives.
