Met pijn in m’n hart heb ik besloten na meer dan vier jaar te stoppen met de yogalessen op de woensdagavond in Studio Seven. Op woensdag 7 mei is de laatste les.
Ik heb een creatieve oplossing gevonden om toch door te kunnen gaan met de groep mensen met wie we nu samen yoga doen… de lessen zullen op donderdag om de week, worden vervolgd in de studio van Amsterdam Yoga Centre:
